Postal return: Following receipt of your merchandise, you have 14 days to make your return. Please contact customer service to start the merchandise return process. The service must provide you with a returns number before you send your item. The items and their packaging must be complete and unaltered (in exact original condition). The customer must pay transportation costs for any return of merchandise to our Dhillon Lighting warehouse. The customer must contact customer service (by email) to provide the carrier's tracking number and must adequately insure the returned merchandise since he or she remains the owner of the items until they are received. When warehouse staff confirm that the items are intact (original condition), customer service will issue a refund for the returned items at the price originally paid. All shipping charges, including those incurred for returns, are non-refundable.

Return to branch: Following receipt of your merchandise, you have 14 days to make your return to one of our branches. You must have your WEB order confirmation on hand. The items and their packaging must be complete and unaltered (in exact original condition). When customer service personnel confirm that the items are intact (original condition), the branch will issue a notice to customer service so that they can reimburse the returned items at the price originally paid. All shipping charges, including those incurred for returns, are non-refundable.

This return policy does not apply to products marked Final Sale.

Exchange

Postal exchange: Following receipt of your merchandise, you have 14 days to complete your exchange. Please contact customer service to start the merchandise exchange process. The service must provide you with an exchange number before you proceed with your shipment. You can then proceed to purchase your new chosen item on our website. Upon receipt of the unwanted item, we will refund it. The items and their packaging must be complete and unaltered (in exact original condition). The customer must pay transportation costs for any exchange of merchandise at our Dhillon Lighting warehouse. The customer must contact customer service (by email) to provide the carrier's tracking number and must adequately insure the returned merchandise since he or she remains the owner of the items until they are received. Defective or damaged product

Following receipt of your merchandise, you have 7 days to contact customer service to report a damaged or defective product. A defective or damaged product is not an exception to our return policy. Dhillon Lighting will at no time be responsible for any damage you may have suffered due to a defective or damaged item. Defective part: Following your call to customer service, the replacement part will be sent to you free of charge. Non-repairable product: Following your call to customer service, we will exchange your product once we have received and inspected your defective item at our Dhillon Lighting warehouse. The service must provide you with an exchange number and a return coupon before you send your item. One year warranty on products unless otherwise stated.

Final Sale

Some of our items are FINAL SALE. They cannot be exchanged or refunded. They will be specially ordered for you and/or they cannot be disassembled once installed or they come from our CLEARANCE SECTION. The manufacturer's warranty still applies to the products. If the product is defective or damaged, we will send you parts or a replacement for the same model only
